Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address when you create an account; the wants you save (what you're looking for, your budget, your ZIP code, and delivery preferences); and the basic technical logs needed to run the service.

Before you sign up. What you type in the chat is processed to build your search summary, but nothing is saved to an account until you sign up and choose to save it. Your draft lives in your own browser.

How we use it. To watch auction listings, estimate all-in delivered costs, and email you the matches you asked for. That is the whole business.

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't show ads.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the service — hosting, email delivery, and AI-assisted parsing of what you type. They process data only to provide the service.

Your choices. You can edit or delete your wants anytime from your account. To close your account or ask a question, email privacy@myauctionagent.com.
